01 Definitions

09 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting on fc777. These are general rules — individual sports and competition-specific rules may supplement these and are available in the Sports Betting section of the Platform.

Bet Placement and Acceptance

• A bet is only valid once fc777 has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed but not confirmed — for example, due to connectivity issues — are not valid.
• The minimum bet across all sports markets on fc777 is Rs 100.
• fc777 reserves the right to limit stakes on any market, restrict the number of selections in an accumulator, or decline a bet without providing a reason.

Void and Cancelled Bets

• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed by more than 72 hours, or fails to complete the minimum conditions for settlement (such as the minimum overs requirement in cricket), all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned.

Live Betting

10 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on fc777 — including Live Casino tables, Aviator, Teen Patti, Poker and any other games present on the Platform — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

• fc777 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all digital/RNG-based games. The integrity of each game's outcome generation is independently audited on a periodic basis.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fc777. A Player found to have engaged in any of these activities will have their account permanently closed and balances forfeited. fc777 may also report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits.

• Fraud and cheating: Using counterfeit payment instruments, providing false identity information, or attempting to defraud fc777 or other Players by any means.
• Money laundering: Using fc777 to deposit, cycle or withdraw funds for purposes other than legitimate personal gambling. fc777 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using systematic strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or using third-party betting software specifically to exploit bonus offers.
• Collusion: In Poker or any multiplayer game, sharing hand information, coordinating with other Players to manipulate outcomes, or any other form of collusion.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in ways not available through normal human navigation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were validly used for gambling on fc777. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently closed.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directed at fc777 staff or other Players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

fc777 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

15 Limitation of Liability
